The QTA team is a multi-functional team based in Cincinnati Ohio. We have three functional groups; the Analytical Research Team conducts the scientific calibration development and improvements. The Customer Support team assists customers with set-up, day to day functions, and online support to provide customers with a positive QTA experience. The Sales and Marketing team prospects new customers and participates in Industry committees and organizations to stay informed of changes and improvements. All teams work closely together to provide the QTA customers with the best possible solutions for their analytical needs.
